Digital Music Products & similar (i.e. MP3 downloads):
All sales of digital music products are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be offered, regardless of any issues or dissatisfaction with the content. We strongly encourage you to review the product carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Alternatives/Exceptions: "In the rare event of a verified issue with a file, a replacement will be provided as a resolution."

Subscriptions (i.e. Memberships):
All subscription sales are final. Monthly subscriptions provide access to exclusive content and services throughout the subscription period. As such, refunds will not be issued for any reason once a subscription is active.
This policy aims to prevent issues such as piracy, wrongful chargebacks, and misuse of subscription content. Producing and maintaining subscription services often incurs substantial costs, yet we strive to make them accessible through affordable monthly pricing. Disputing subscription charges undermines this effort and unfairly impacts creators.
If you experience any technical difficulties or disruptions during your subscription period, we will work diligently to resolve the issue or offer alternatives, such as extending the subscription period, to ensure you receive full value for your purchase.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that the services provided are non-refundable and agree to the terms outlined above.
Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active period.
Top-Ups:
"Regarding any part of this service that operates on a topping up basis; there are no recurring charges. Each purchase is a one time transaction, subject to the Digital Music Products policy stated above this paragraph."

Physical Goods & similar (i.e. T-Shirts):
For physical goods, refunds are available if the item is returned within the specified return period(s) and meets our return policy criteria.
If you encounter an issue with your physical purchase, please contact our customer service team, and we will work to resolve the matter by providing a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Regarding bundles (i.e. digital-file included with merch. purchases):
Additionally, if any digital content was included with your physical purchase, you may retain and keep that digital content as a gift, regardless of the outcome of our efforts to replace or refund the physical item.

Merchandise (Manufacturing/Production):
All sales are final except for proven manufacturing or production errors (damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong item).
Claims: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details. Claims submitted after this window are not eligible for review.
Resolution: If a manufacturing or production error is confirmed, we will provide either a full replacement or a 100% refund of the total amount paid, including shipping. The resolution method (replacement or refund) will be determined based on item availability and the nature of the error.
Returns: You are not required to return the item unless we explicitly request it as part of the resolution process. Return shipping costs are covered only if a return is required by us.

Customization: All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Brazil & EU Customers: Under applicable consumer protection laws, a 7-day right of withdrawal ("right to regret") applies for Brazil and a 14-day right of withdrawal ("right to regret") applies to EU countries.
A full refund will be issued if requested within 7-days for Brazil customers & 14-days for EU buyers upon confirmed delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Worldwide (Proof-of-Delivery) [Notices]:
"Proof of delivery (Carrier Tracking) shall constitute final fulfillment of our obligations; we are not responsible for 'porch piracy' or items stolen after confirmed delivery."
Limited-Edition items & similar:
"Select high value or limited items may be subject to additional purchase verification before fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified."
